Everyone who emails us will receive an automatic reply. Please read it carefully and follow the instructions. It contains important information about our services, explains how we may be able to help, and tells you what information we need from you. It may also direct you to other organisations that can provide support.
Please Note – HMC have currently filled all our advice appointments for October and November. We are currently only able to book advice appointments from December onwards. Therefore, if you have a case requiring urgent attention, please also contact other services and legal aid providers in the interim as we cannot guarantee when we will be able to respond.
We may not be able to respond individually if your request is outside the services we provide or if we do not receive the information requested in our automatic reply.
If you are already receiving support from Hackney Migrant Centre and you would like to speak with your caseworker, please contact them directly via phone and/or email.
