Interim Housing and Destitution Caseworker

We are looking for a Housing and Destitution Caseworker to join our Housing team. The post holder will be working alongside another (full-time) Housing and Destitution caseworker. Together you will provide advice on destitution and housing issues to migrants during the Wednesday advice and subsequent casework and advocacy to lift them out of homelessness and/or destitution. The post holder will also support volunteers who assist with this casework.

Hours: 21 hours
Salary: NJC scale 20 plus London Weighting – £18,009 actual

Immigration Advisor

We are looking for an Immigration Advisor to work alongside external advisors to provide initial immigration advice on matters including human rights based applications, citizenship, asylum, family reunion, trafficking and the rights of EU nationals and family members. The post holder will jointly supervise the work of the Access to Justice team, and assist visitors to make immigration applications.

Hours: 21 hours (with possible increase to 24hours)
Salary: NJC Scale starting at 25 (progressing to 27) plus LW. – £20,198.40 actual
Role type: Job share; contract until April 2025
